Kenny Chesney is branching out beyond music. A post on his website notes that he's developing his own brand of rum.
The members of Emerson Drive are letting fans know what they want for Christmas. You can check out their humorous wish list on the group's website, emersondrive.musiccitynetworks.com.
Reba McEntire admits she doesn't carry many holiday traditions beyond Christmas. While the singer notes, quote, "Christmas is always about celebrating Jesus' birthday and spending quality time with my family and friends," she adds with a laugh, "I guess the only tradition we kept throughout the years is eating a whole lot!"
Keith Anderson and Chuck Wicks have something in common when it comes to holiday films. For both singers, their favorite movie of the season is "A Christmas Story," which Anderson notes they get many opportunities to see each year. Wicks adds that the marathon airing of "A Christmas Story" is his signal that the holiday season is here.
Brad Paisley admits he's a last-minute holiday shopper. He also notes he's not particularly proud of it, calling Christmas Eve shopping “a waste” since it time he'd rather spend with his family. The singer attributes his procrastination to poor planning, explaining that he usually doesn't think far enough ahead to get a good jump on buying gifts. Paisley also recognizes that he's not alone in his shopping habits, adding that he thinks, quote, "most guys are like me."
Brooks & Dunn's Kix Brooks says one of his best Christmas memories really doesn't have anything to do with the holiday. The singer explains that it has to do with his daughter Molly, who he notes gave him an incredible gift before she was even born. But Brooks admits his wife had a lot to do with it as well. Molly also forced her parents to change their Christmas plans that year. Brooks says he and his wife were intending to travel to Louisiana for the holiday, but instead they traveled to the maternity ward. Molly is turning 22 today.
