For the past 40 years, Tompkins Cortland Community has helped to turn our students’ passions into academic and financial reality. In 1968, a group of innovative and pragmatic educators opened TC3. Forty years later, the campus has grown, enrollment has grown, and TC3 has become a leader in international education at the community college level.
